Performance quality within the
AnthroMed CLINIC NETWORK

It is especially important that the patients and staff can confirm that the institution offers services of above-average quality.


This quality assurance can be in addition to the usual quality reports collected in the form of surveys (e.g. those of the Filderklinik or the Community Hospital Herdecke). This can, for example, be an institution- or department-wide patient survey that also covers the use of anthroposophic therapies. Such a survey, which encompasses the whole institution, should be administered at least every three years.

An external inquiry, such as those offered by various health insurance companies, can also be administered.
